Shocking Report: CBS Fires Reporter Amanda Balionis After Messages From Rory McIlroy Emerged: CBS has fired one of its best-known golf reporters, Amanda Balionis, following a shocking report she received from golf star Rory McIlroy…. Rory McIlroy allegedly used the services of a private investigator to serve divorce papers on Erica Stoll 24 hours after winning the Wells Fargo Championship. According to reports, Rolly Makiroy served as an Erica Stall for divorce documents using private detectives.
The revelation came from a telegraph report from the Belfast published on the weekend. According to flight tracker Radaratlas2, McIlroy’s private jet was in Italy and the golfer may have been attending a wedding, but this has not yet been proven.
McIlroy filed for divorce from his wife of seven years on May 13, 24 hours after winning his 26th PGA Tour title at the Wells Fargo Championship. The BT MCILROY report was signed digitally between 9:06 am and 9:08 pm.
The procedure was submitted to the Palmbeach Court Court by Thomas Sasser, the same lawyer who represented Tiger Woods during a divorce in Erin Nordeglen. Court docs also show Carl Woods served Erica with the summons.
Woods has been a cop since 1987, is a certified homicide investigator and a licensed private investigator. “Woods’ statement said he received the divorce papers from Sasser’s office at 9:58 a.m. on May 13 and delivered them personally to Stoll at the McIlroys’ home in Sasser’s luxury condominium, Jack Nicklaus’ Bears Club, at 10:30 a.m.
“He described Stoll as a white woman with blonde hair in her early 30s, slim, between 5’7″ and 5’8” tall, not wearing glasses. “The amount served on Stoll advised her that she had 20 days to file a written response to her husband’s motion with the clerk of the circuit court.”
Further, the document stated: “A telephone call will not protect you. Your written response, including the case number listed above and the names of the parties, must be filed if you wish the court to hear your side of the case. “If you fail to file a response on time, you may lose your case and your wages, money and property may subsequently be seized without further notice by the court.
“There are other legal requirements. You can call a lawyer now. If you do not know a lawyer, you can call the Lawyer Referral Service or the Legal Aid Office (listed in the telephone directory).
